Draft for pre-launch review, not legal advice. This policy covers the website and seller waitlist only. It will be extended to cover accounts, ID verification and payments, and reviewed by a lawyer, before the marketplace opens.

PediDesk is a planned marketplace for non-nude foot photos and videos from ID-verified adult sellers. Right now the website has one job: collecting a waitlist of sellers. This policy explains what that waitlist collects, how it is used, who processes it, and how to have it deleted.
Information we collect
Your email address. When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you enter, so we can tell you when PediDesk opens.
Your answers, if you give them. The form at the bottom of the page asks where you sell now and whether you would send your buyers to PediDesk. Both questions are optional. If you join twice with the same email, your newer answers replace the old ones.
Where you came from. If the link you followed to PediDesk carried campaign tags (such as utm_source=reddit), we save those tags with your signup. We also save the name of the website that sent you, such as www.reddit.com, but not the full address of the page. Until you join, these are kept only in your browser's session storage for that tab, which is cleared when you close it.
Your country. Our hosting provider tells us which country your connection comes from, and we store that country with your signup. We do not store your IP address.
Which form you used. We note whether you joined from the form at the top of the page or the one at the bottom.
What we don't collect. The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. It does not ask for your name, photos, ID or payment details. Nothing is collected until you submit a waitlist form.
How we use your information
- To email you about PediDesk's launch. We will not use your address for anything else.
- To understand which communities and platforms sellers come from, so we know where to reach more of them and what to build first.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share data with
No one receives the waitlist except the services that run it:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and handles each request to it, which includes your IP address and browser details. It also tells us your country.
- Supabase stores the waitlist in a database in the United States.
- Google Fonts supplies the site's fonts. Your browser downloads them directly from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details when it does.
Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your waitlist entry until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist closes. To be removed, email the support address on the contact page from the address you joined with, and we will delete your entry and everything stored with it.
Age
PediDesk is for adults only. The waitlist is for people aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe someone under 18 has joined, contact us and we will delete their entry.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as PediDesk changes, and before the marketplace opens. Changes will appear here with a new "Last updated" date.
