Who can use PediDesk
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Sellers must verify their identity and age with a government ID before listing anything.
What PediDesk is
PediDesk is a marketplace where verified sellers sell non-nude foot photos and videos to buyers. We provide the shop, messaging, buyer records, payments and payouts. Sellers own their content and are responsible for it.
Selling
- Every upload is reviewed against the content policy before it is published.
- Joining is free. We charge a commission on each sale. The rate is to be announced, and will be published before launch and shown before you list.
- Earnings are held for a review period before payout to cover refunds and chargebacks. The hold period and payout minimum are to be announced.
Buying
- A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the content. You may not share, resell or republish it.
- Your purchases, total spent, chat-to-sale rate, refunds and chargebacks form your buyer record, which sellers can see before they reply.
Chatters
Sellers may invite chatters to answer messages through their own chatter accounts, with limited permissions. Sellers are responsible for what their chatters do. Sharing your login with anyone is not allowed.
Payments stay on PediDesk
Asking for or accepting payment outside PediDesk for content or conversations offered here is not allowed and can lead to account closure.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the content policy.
